Leg 1 -  Bell's Trailhead > Trailhead to Trailhead (S) > Dinosaur Trail > Badlands Trail > park road     3.8 miles

Leg 2 -  Park road (NE) > River Bend Campground > South Slick Rock > Trailhead to Trailhead (N) > Shady Trail > Bell's Trailhead   1.6 miles

Temp was 78 at start, 90 at end.  Sunny with steady SW wind 10-20mph.

Easy hike along dry and somewhat bushy trails.  Mesquites are growing and their branches are hanging in the trail - caution is advised for bikers and equestrians!  Not much bird activity, no animals spotted but we saw quite a few lizards.  All in all an uneventful, warm but pleasant hike.
