End 2016 with total miles hiked = 1572; miles hiked this year = 482.

Route Playground parking area > Roadrunner Loop (E) > Playground parking area.

Temps in the low 70's, sunny and slight breeze.

The trail is mostly dirt with some rocks and level. Saw some quail as well as a few other birds. Not much to report because I had to quit due to an injury.

Water, shade, info kiosk and toilets available at Playground parking area.
