Temps in the mid 60's to start and mid-80's at end. Sunny and some occassional breezes.

A leisurely paced hike today to stretch the legs and see the trails.  As always, trash was picked up and unfortunately, by picking up an old can, I spooked a small brown snake which looks like a "Worm Snake" to me.  I left him alone so I hope he survives.

Saw a few white tail deer, lots of birds including another Verdin (the third one I've seen in my life).  The trails are dry and clearly marked, although I always find trash, it wasn't that much so I was pleased.

All in all, it was a very good hike!
