We all know that hiking is good for you, but it's better for more of you than perhaps you originally thought.

According to a recent study, participants who took walks through a natural setting experienced lower levels of negative thought than other participants who walked the same amount of time in a non-natural setting.

I find long walks help increase blood flow to help heal my frontal lobotomy.
