Someone passed along a link to the following blog post recently about the health benefits of hiking. Of course we probably already know most of this, but it's presented in a pretty decent format. Now, if I could only actually get away from the computer more often to more hiking, that would be nice! |

hye i', new here.i know that helth benefits are..... Lower your risk of heart disease. Improve your blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Boost bone density, since walking is a weight-bearing exercise. Build strength in your glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and the muscles in your hips and lower legs. Strengthen your core. |
