Lots of up/down as trail winds around and over small hills. Most of the trail is through wooded canopy. Lots of tree roots run across trail.

Clear day @ 80 degrees and dry trail - SE Lake Loop.
Several people walking the trails and some with their dogs. Most of the trail is lined by cedar trees making collisions with bikers coming around the many blind curves an issue. Only one section has overhead cover by oak trees limbs.
Hike distance included trek to lake via Hunter's trail and to/from trailhead.

Started on the southern trail loop with only a five minute break before starting the norther loop. The first leg was completed in 1 hour & 11 minutes. The skies were clear and the temp started at 50 degrees warming to 75 by mid-day.
