Maybe my mistake was going on this hike on a Sunday morning. There were TONS of bikers and I spent most of my time dodging them. The actual trail was nice, a lot of shade, but I didn't get to enjoy it much. I may consider going back during the week when it is less crowded.

Lots of trees and shade here. Mostly flat with walkers and bikers. Took two boys and they enjoyed all of the bridges and we walked off the path to throw rocks in the water.
