Comments:

The map shown for this trail is completely offbase.

The trail runs from the Bandera Road Crossing to Babcock Road on the north following Leon Creek.  Easily walked , there are lots of fauna to be observed.  There are many mountain bike trails generally on the east side of the creek that provide a more challengine hike.  While you are still near several housing developments, generally there is nice solitude (for so close in to civilization); many times very little is heard other than the breeze in the trees.  A lot of people use the concrete and blacktop surface trail along with bikes.   Several trailheads give a lot of starting points and there are quareter-mile markers along the way.
