Comments:

Lucy Park is a scenic city park that has a tangled mess of trails that run throughout the park.  I recommend you take a printed map with you so you know where you are.  The trails are mostly paved concrete, although some of the lesser trails are dirt paths.  Some of the nice features in the park are a suspension bridge and Japanese pagoda.

From Lucy Park, you can take a short trail to the famous (but not original) falls.
