Part Of The Buffalo Bayou Hike

Autry Park is a small city park on the corner of Shepherd Dr. and Allen Parkway.  It is not directly on Buffalo Bayou, but across the street (Allen Parkway).  It doesn't have a lot of amenities, just a short loop gravel trail and some benches.  I read somewhere this park has been devoted to being a place where people can express their First Amendment Rights, but when I went there the park was vacant.
