Comments:

I hiked Keith-Weiss Park and found that it led me to the Halls Bayou Hike & Bike Trail, so I kept walking.  :)  The trail also took me through Pinewood Village Park and Mary Withers Park before finally ending at Jensen Drive near Highway 59.

Keith-Weiss Park is a large scenic park that offers trees, ponds, parking, and lots of amenities for kids and their families.  I found this to be one of the nicer parks in north Houston.

The Halls Bayou Hike & Bike Trail is fairly typical for a bayou trail.  It's long, linear, and goes along the bayou bank.  It also leads you through Pinewood Village Park, which is really just a small playground and picnic area as well as Mary Withers Park.

By connecting these trails together, I was able to get some decent mileage in.
