Comments:

The Beaver Slide Trail is a short lollipop-shaped trail that takes you around a couple of ponds along Sandy Creek. They have some beautiful bald cypress trees and Spanish moss on display.  Very nice, little spot hidden away in the trees.

Unlike many of the other trails in the Big Thicket, this trail does not have a road sign pointing to the trailhead.  It is fairly easy to find, however, if you use the brochure map provided at the Visitor's Center.
