Moderately busy with bikers today. Very shady in places; if you're wearing shades, it can get pretty dark. This was my first time doing the trail, and, overall, I liked it. The last mile or so i ran most of the trail; unfortuntely, I caught up with a tree root and fell... splat! Hit a tree. Despite a sore ribcage and skinned knee, I think the trail was pretty good.
